Venturewave Capital Limited reaffirms its alignment with the Operating Principles for Impact Management through the publication of the Venturewave Capital Disclosure 2026. The disclosure outlines our impact objectives, governance arrangements, and impact management processes across Impact Ireland LP, Impact Ireland Number 2 LP, and Impact Ireland USA LP.
Venturewave Capital Disclosure 2026: Commitment to Impact
The Venturewave Capital Disclosure demonstrates how impact considerations are integrated throughout our investment process. Our approach reflects the nine Operating Principles for Impact Management, covering strategic impact objectives, portfolio management, impact assessment and monitoring, responsible exits, continuous improvement and public disclosure.
These principles help ensure that accountability, transparency and long-term impact remain central to our investment strategy.
Our impact-management system also incorporates the Venture Impact Score, an AI-enabled framework developed in partnership with Venturebeam. The framework benchmarks environmental, social and governance performance, helping investors and founders align commercial growth with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
