Mary Beth actively supports high-growth ventures by developing and implementing strategic, operational, and commercial frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximising business potential.

Previously, Mary Beth held senior leadership roles in telecommunications and technology sectors, including extensive experience at eir, where she led various strategic initiatives in product management, pricing, promotional strategies, and service-level management. Her achievements at eir include securing subscriber growth and surpassing revenue targets through innovative market solutions and operational improvements. Before eir, Mary Beth significantly contributed to Lucent Technologies (now part of Nokia), creating and implementing global sales and partner programmes that delivered substantial growth.

Mary Beth currently leads Lochend Consulting, advising companies on business transformation, operational strategies, and cost-efficiency improvements. She specialises in driving operational improvements, digital transformation, and innovative go-to-market strategies, leveraging her deep industry expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is an IPMA-certified project manager through the National College of Ireland.

Mary Beth is actively involved in philanthropy, notably launching the “Walk for Water” fundraiser under the Light of Masaai Initiative, which raised significant funds for clean water projects in Kenya. She has served as President of the Rotary Club of Dublin Central and is deeply engaged in community initiatives through the Parish Partnership Council of Clontarf, the American Women’s Club of Dublin, and the International Women’s Club of Dublin.
