He was instrumental in scaling Blueface, a global UCaaS business acquired by Comcast Business, and served as President of Global Cloud at Star2Star through its acquisition by Sangoma Technologies.
At Venturewave Capital, Brendan oversees the group’s operations and governance framework, driving performance across its regulated entities and strategic holdings. He is also a board member and advisor across the broader Venturewave Group, including Venturebeam and Rochtaine.
Known for precision and strategic clarity, Brendan Gaffney applies fundamental analysis and strict diligence criteria to each investment. His role includes portfolio oversight, policy setting, and direct support to executive teams across multiple geographies and sectors.
Beyond finance, Brendan is recognised internationally for his work as a large-scale steel sculptor. His pieces have been featured in 42 museums and Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, reflecting his engineering mindset and sustainable ethos. He leads Rochtaine’s luxury hospitality platform.
